These applications build upon your in-house Prevail Association Management Software™ database.

Both are hosted on our high-speed, dedicated servers that are monitored around the clock. Our software and your data coexist on these servers. However, your 'live' Prevail database still resides within your office. Changes made via the Internet are imported into your Prevail database in controlled batches.

Updates are confirmed before being applied. So there are no worries about maintaining data integrity. Plus there's a detailed, comprehensive update log that tracks each and every change made.

These products require a standard, dial-up (or faster) connection to the Internet. Data transfer from your in-house database to the hosted PRIMA® database requires high-speed Internet access, such as cable modem service.

PRIMA® (not PRIMA2®) requires the Microsoft® Internet Explorer® browser. It is not compatible with other browsers, including the now-outdated IE browser for Apple® computers. The browser must support cookies.

PRIMA2® is compatible with most Internet browser programs. Unlike PRIMA®, it does not require cookies to be enabled.

Both applications use 128-bit SSL encryption technology for all screens and functions.
